Fabricated for design

A small family business established in 1968, we specialise in the fabrication and alteration of steel panel and convector radiators in all formats.

Over the years we have fabricated radiators to meet the most demanding specifications.

Each product is fabricated specifically for the particular project so you can be sure that it will fit precisely into the required position.

Our guarantee

All our work is guaranteed against the manufacturers original warranty, each radiator is pressure tested to 7bar (100psi) after fabrication and prior to the refinishing process. Radiators are refinished, when necessary, with a pre-catalysed gloss lacquer in warm white RAL 9010. The finished radiator is then re-packed in it's original wrapping.

Ideally a template should be provided for each individual radiator. The template is best made from lining paper or wallpaper, laid into the bay and cut to fit against the skirting board or plaster finish, as if fitting a carpet.

Note that IT IS VITAL that should the template be made to the skirting board, the thickness of the skirting be written on the template. Always check for accuracy after trimming to shape !

Details required on the template:

  Customer information - name, address, order number, telephone number
  Radiator information - make, style, format and size
  Template information - plaster or skirting, and skirting thickness.
